Is Google censoring anti-Obama stories?
Pamela Geller of Atlas Shrugs claims the search engine giant has banned her groundbreaking articles about Obama – a technique many people refer to as "sandboxing."
"There was no warning, no notice, nothing," Geller told WND. "They have basically sandboxed me."
"Sandboxing" happens when Google strips a website's rankings from its search engine results. According to some theories, this happens to new websites when Google puts them into a holding area known as a "sandbox" until the site gains credibility.
However, Atlas Shrugs is not new, and Gellar believes her stories have been intentionally suppressed by the Internet
giant – especially ones about President-elect Obama. She said her exclusive stories about Obama's birth certificate that once received thousands of hits every day will not come up in Google word searches.
"I was in the top five search results before the story got legs," she said. "These stories drove 12,000 to 15,000 people to my site every day."
But now a November earnings report shows her Google clicks and revenue flat lining since Nov. 20. Daily page impressions dropped from an average of 20,000 and 45,000 to single digits – overnight. Also, her Google images hits are slowed to only 4,720 since that day, while Yahoo and other search engines list them in the hundreds of thousands.
"The media gives blogs the silent treatment," she said. "The only thing we have is these searches. The Google word search is gone – all gone. When you are in my business, that's how you build readership."
On July 4, Gellar featured a story about a board-certified forensic expert who declared Obama's online birth certificate a "forgery" and an "obvious fake." She attributes most of her problems with Google to that report.
"I think that it's the birth certificate story," Geller said. "All of the sudden, my numbers were down by 10,000."
She has also featured reports on Obama's support of Kenyan Prime Minister Raila Odinga and cases of alleged campaign finance fraud involving his campaign. Geller believes Google is censoring her stories because it objects to their content.
"It's a freedom of speech issue," she said. "Who are they to decide what should be searched? They don't like what I'm running so they ban me?"
Visitor to Geller's website receive this "forbidden" message when they use the Google search engine on Atlas Shrugs
Geller said she has contacted Google three times, and the company said it has filed "requests for consideration" to put her stories back on Google's search pages.
"They want me to sit this out for six months," she said. "Are they kidding? Based on what?"
Geller said the top Google word searches used to be about Obama's birth certificate. But now she said the searches only return "a bunch of speculating and hearsay" to make the stories appear to be unfounded conspiracy theories.
She believes the censorship could have something to do with Google CEO Eric Schmidt's relationship with the president-elect. According to recent reports, Schmidt will soon be holding a position in the Obama administration.
Geller said she has hired a cyber-crime consulting firm to remove her articles from the search engine's "sandbox" and has asked her readership to help fight censorship with donations.
"Google cannot arbitrarily silence voices of freedom," she said. "Blogs are the last vestige of free speech."

I heard about an elementary school in New York that was renamed for Barack Obama.
You may have heard about the plans to designate Nov. 4 as Barack Obama Day.
But, so far, at least, I have not heard of any plans for so much as a plaque to be installed in the hospital in which the next president was born.
Do you know why?
Because the location of the hospital in which Barack Obama was born is something of a state secret.
It is information the American people should know, because it would be revealed on his birth certificate – if only we could see it.
The story, as told in Obama's ghostwritten autobiography, "Dreams of My Father," is that he was born in Hawaii Aug. 4, 1961. Yet, the only alleged birth certificate released by the Obama campaign lacks the significant details normally associated with such a document – like specifically where he was born.
This is important constitutionally beyond proving mere citizenship. The Constitution requires presidents to be "natural born" Americans – meaning born within the United States. In Hawaii circa 1961, it was possible – even routine – to register foreign births.
If, as some evidence strongly suggests, including the testimony of two Obama relatives to WND senior staff writer Jerome Corsi who say they were present when he was born in Mombasa, Kenya, in 1961, he was born abroad and merely registered in Hawaii, that would slam-dunk disqualify him from serving – unless, like John McCain, both his parents were U.S. citizens. Since Obama's autobiography also states that his mother was a minor and his father a citizen of Kenya, only the production of actual hospital records on a long-form birth certificate can provide the necessary information.
Do you have doubts about Obama's eligibility to serve as president because of his mysterious birth? Sign WND's petition calling on all controlling legal authorities to seek the long-form birth certificate that will answer the questions and to release the information publicly to quell all suspicions.
Does dotting every "i" and crossing every "t" when it comes to constitutional eligibility questions for the highest office in the land warrant being characterized as a "tin-foil hat conspiracist" as some of the self-proclaimed truth-detector sites on the Internet suggest?
I don't think so.
And I'm not afraid of being called derogatory names for defending the Constitution's literal meaning and clear standards for eligibility for office.
I know where George W. Bush was born – Grace-New Haven Community Hospital in Connecticut.
I know where Bill Clinton was born – the Julia Chester Hospital in Hope, Ark.
I even know Abraham Lincoln was born in a log cabin.
Why is there so much secrecy about the birthplace of Barack Hussein Obama Jr.?
If you doubt what I am saying, try to find any reference to a hospital associated with Obama's birth. The only one you will find anywhere is the Coast Provincial Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya, where his African relatives claim to have been present when he arrived.
I wonder if they will install a plaque there?
That would be pretty embarrassing.
In fact, it will be pretty embarrassing to America if we install a president Jan. 20 and later find out he was ineligible under Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution.
That's why I am spearheading a petition drive to get the answer to this most basic question and end all of the serious doubt that surrounds this mystery.
If you don't believe the doubts are widespread, just take a look at how many people have signed that petition. As I write this column, they are signing up at the rate of 1,000 per hour – day, night, 24 hours, around the clock.
Barack Obama can end this controversy by doing something he should have done a long time ago – especially as a presidential wannabe pledged to more open government. He should release his long-form birth certificate. If he doesn't do it, we need to make sure some controlling legal authority does before he is sworn in as president.

Ambassador Peter Ogego
Kenyan Ambassador Peter N.R.O. Ogego is saying he's "infuriated" by a radio program's efforts to "misquote" him on the subject of President-elect Barack Obama's birthplace – but he refused to confirm whether Obama was born in the United States.
In an exclusive interview with WND today, Ogego was specifically asked whether Obama is a natural-born U.S. citizen.
"I don't know," he said with a tone of irritation. "You should ask your government. I know his father is Kenyan."
He continued with a rhetorical question: "Obama is an American, isn't he?"
Sign the petition to insist on release of birth certificate.
On Nov. 6, only two days after the election, Detroit radio talk-show hosts Mike Clark, Trudi Daniels and Marc Fellhauer on WRIF's "Mike In The Morning" called the Embassy of Kenya in Washington, D.C., to speak with Ambassador Ogego.
Hear the Kenyan ambassador's interview with WRIF radio http://www.worldnetdaily.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=82060
The interview with the Kenyan ambassador was widely publicized after he called President-elect Barack Obama's Kenyan birthplace a "well-known" attraction:
Clark: "We want to congratulate you on Barack Obama, our new president, and you must be very proud."
Ogego: "We are. We are. We are also proud of the U.S. for having made history as well."
Fellhauer: "One more quick question, President-elect Obama's birthplace over in Kenya, is that going to be a national spot to go visit, where he was born?"
Ogego: "It's already an attraction. His paternal grandmother is still alive."
Fellhauer: "His birthplace, they'll put up a marker there?"
Ogego: "It would depend on the government. It's already well known."
Now Ogego is saying the hosts misquoted and edited the audio recording of his comments.
"I'm already infuriated by the whole thing," he said. "The radio itself had a cynicism to it. I didn't mind that, but to misquote me is unacceptable. They are circulating misinformation regarding Mr. Obama's birthplace."
However, WRIF's Mike Clark told WND the show never manipulated the audio recording in any way.
"I can assure you that nothing was edited or stated out of context," he said.
Nonetheless, Ogego insisted he was speaking about Barack Obama Sr., and not President-elect Obama.
"They asked me about Obama's father, not Obama," Ogego said. "This is common-sense knowledge. Nobody is fooling anybody."
But Clark said Ogego's claim that he was speaking about Barack Obama Sr. doesn't add up.
"If you listen to the call in its entirety, you will find it was very obvious we were all talking about President-elect Barack Obama and not his father," Clark said. "So, the idea that he thought we were talking about his father seems a little farfetched to me."
Clark said Ogego's statement that Obama's Kenyan birthplace was already an attraction caught them off guard.
"The point is, we expected him to say, 'No. Obama was not born in Kenya, but there is an attraction to honor his father.' I would have thought that would have been the answer if anything," he said.
The issue of Obama's place of birth has been heating up since WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth.
When asked if birth records for President-elect Obama exist in Kenya, Ogego replied, "I don't know about all that."
WND asked Ogego why Obama's birth records have been sealed.
"Let's not get into that," he replied. "We will not be dragged into unnecessary information. Somebody has a right to those details – the American government or the Kenyan government – if it is that important."
Ogego refused to discuss the matter further and ended the call.

DUO TAKE OBAMA BIRTH CHALLENGE TO COURT
Posted: Wednesday, November 26, 2008 11:57 AM by Domenico Montanaro
Filed Under: Courts, 2008 Obama
From NBC’s Pete Williams
When the justices of the U.S. Supreme Court meet on Dec. 5th, in their regular private conference to decide which cases to hear, two lawsuits that have captivated a segment of the blogosphere will be up for discussion.
Both urge the court to consider claims that President-elect Obama is not qualified to be president, because he is not a natural-born American citizen.
Persistent concerns about the qualifications of both major party candidates rank among the oddest aspects of 2008's historic campaign.
Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution provides that "No person except a natural born citizen" is eligible to be president. John McCain's status was questioned because he was born in the Panama Canal Zone and various theories have been advanced to cast doubt on Obama's.
Lawsuits over the inclusion of their names on state general-election ballots popped up around the country and were quickly dispensed with by local courts. But two challengers have pursued their cases to the Supreme Court.
Pennsylvania lawyer Philip Berg claims that the circumstances of Obama's birth are vague and that he may have been born in Kenya. Obama's mother, Berg asserts, later flew to Hawaii to register the birth.
Leo Donofrio, a New Jersey lawyer, contends that election officials in his state failed to ensure that only legally qualified candidates were placed on the ballot. Obama may have been born in the United States, Donofrio argues, but "natural born" status depends on both parents being American citizens. Obama's father was Kenyan.
The justices are unlikely to take up these cases for a host of reasons, not the least of which is the invitation to overturn the results of an election in which more than 66 million Americans voted for Obama. An equally high hurdle is the issue of whether Berg or Donofrio have the legal right to sue claiming a violation of the Constitution.
In dismissing Berg's complaint, a federal judge in Pennsylvania found that he failed to meet the basic test required for sustaining a lawsuit, because he couldn't show how the inclusion of Obama's name on the ballot would cause him -- apart from others -- some particular harm. Berg's stake, the judge said, "is no greater and his status no more differentiated than that of millions of other voters."
Other courts presented with similar challenges have reached the same conclusion, ruling that there is no general legal right to sue over the Constitution's eligibility requirements. Federal courts typically reject claims of legal standing based simply on a litigant's status as a voter or taxpayer.
The Obama campaign had hoped to end the controversy last spring by releasing his actual Hawaii birth certificate. But that prompted further questions about its authenticity, which were compounded when state authorities in Hawaii said they could not vouch for it, because they were constrained by the privacy laws.
Then, on Oct. 31st, the director of Hawaii's Department of Health issued a statement, proclaiming that he had personally seen and verified that the state has "Sen. Obama's original birth certificate on record," which shows that he was born there.

Alan Keyes Tells Us Why He Questions Obama's Presidency
Alan Keyes Tells Us Why He Questions Obama's Presidency
Cynthia Gordy
http://www.essence.com/news_entertainment/news/articles/alankeyesobama
The Constitution requires that, to be president, one must be a natural born citizen of the United States. Conservative Alan Keyes-who ran against President-elect Barack Obama in the 2004 race for the Illinois Senate, and in the 2008 U.S. presidential campaign (Keyes ran on the American Independent Party ticket)-is challenging whether that is the case for our new president. In November, Keyes filed a lawsuit against Obama, the California secretary of state, and others, to stop California from giving its electoral votes to Obama until a birth certificate is produced proving that he is indeed a natural born citizen. ESSENCE.com talked to Keyes about where he thinks Obama was born, why he questions the birth records already provided, and if this whole lawsuit is just an overblown case of sour grapes.
ESSENCE.COM: What exactly do you want to accomplish with this lawsuit?
ALAN KEYES: I had read a little bit about the issues that were being raised about Obama back during the primary season. At first I thought, like a lot of people, "There's nothing to this. It's just a matter of fact. You can establish what the facts are." The Constitution specifies that a citizen who is naturalized, rather than born into the status of being an American citizen, cannot be president. That was done in the beginning because people feared a foreign takeover of the United States government by the process of immigration. Staid as it is, we again are in a situation where a lot of foreign entities have influence or control over U.S. policy.
The reason an issue has been raised about Obama is because of the simple question, which can be answered with a birth certificate that shows he was born in the United States, or born to parents who had the capacity to transmit U.S. citizenship. When the question was asked, he danced around it. If the most important office of the federal government can be occupied by someone who is not qualified under the United States Constitution, that destroys the authority of the Constitution. I think it's something that needs to be dealt with in a clear, straightforward way. Eventually the case will get to the Supreme Court, establish the facts, and clear the air. It's really all very simple.
ESSENCE.COM: The Obama campaign responded to these questions months ago by posting a birth certificate on his campaign Web site, showing that he was born in Hawaii.
KEYES: A lot of questions have been raised about what they posted. It has to be established by a matter of fact, not by some Web site. The state of Hawaii needs to share the birth certificate with the Supreme Court, so they can take a look at it. When I went into the government as part of the United States foreign service, you had to submit an original copy of your birth certificate. People have been dancing around Obama's certification instead of going straight to the answer.
ESSENCE.COM: What's wrong with the birth certificate on his Web site?
KEYES: Part of the problem is, at the time he was born, the state of Hawaii was issuing certificates of live birth. That's what he has on the Web site. They would issue that certificate verifying you were born, but not necessarily in the United States. And there is question that, at the time that he was born, his mother was not yet of age to transmit citizenship. You had to be 19, I think. If he was born in Hawaii, then he is a natural born citizen. If he was born somewhere else-and a question has been raised if his birth was in Kenya-then his mother would not have transmitted citizenship. One needs to verify that the certificate verifies the birthplace.
ESSENCE.COM: State officials from the health department of Hawaii have verified that they have Obama's birth records, and that he was indeed born in Hawaii. Do you think they're lying?
KEYES: I don't think anything. Just let it be verified. This is not something that should be taken on hearsay. This is the most important office. Everything should be done without controversy, in such a way that the Constitutional requirements are met. If something is contrary to the Constitutional requirement, then you have to do away with that. It's not on Obama to do this. The folks with whom this burden presently rests are the officials who are now responsible for the process, who sit on the Supreme Court and other areas. They have to abide by their oaths to preserve and defend the Constitution, and not have him entering into office with a question they refuse to resolve.
ESSENCE.COM: Why didn't you bring this up earlier, during the campaign? Why wait until two months before the inauguration?
KEYES: The election is the time when the people make the judgment, not government officials. The problem in this case is, Obama was not properly vetted-by the media, or other individuals-during the campaign. They refused to look at it. People went to the polls with the issue unresolved. Once the electoral process is done, then the responsibility for certifying the results and making sure it's all according to the Constitution rests on the officials. So we're at a different stage of the process. I don't believe it would be a good idea to turn to the government to establish the qualifications of people who are running for office. That could be abused to limit the options of the people. If people are behaving with integrity, these facts would come out and then people would be able to make their judgment. This didn't happen.
ESSENCE.COM: To a lot of people, your lawsuit looks like a case of sour grapes because you lost. Your response?
KEYES: I think politics is irrelevant to this, actually. I don't see how it is showing fondness for Barack Obama to let him enter into office with a question that could be raised. He should not have to operate under that burden. I think the officials need to clear the air for his sake. From my point of view, it is a bad idea to have a president of the United States enter office with a cloud hanging over his head, where every time he tries to do something, he would end up frittering away time because of that objection. So let's get it over with. Let's resolve it and move forward with a clear an undisturbed mandate for the new president.
ESSENCE.COM: For argument's sake, let's say Obama is only a naturalized citizen, and was raised by Americans and grew up in the United States. What difference does that make to you?
KEYES: It makes a difference to the Constitution. The Constitution has to be obeyed. If we get into a position where it is somehow regarded as dispensable then this country will fall apart. Black people should be the first folks to remember that. Without adherence to the Constitution our battles would have never been won. I don't want to live in a country where we are suddenly back in a world where the force of majority rules. I don't think any of us do.
ESSENCE.COM: Would you be in support of amending that section of the Constitution?
KEYES: No, I would most certainly not. Today we are in more danger as a people of being subverted by foreign powers than we were when it was founded. It is possible, under our present rules in America, for folks from another country to come visit America, to have a child here, to take that child back to wherever, raise that child there, and that child would be an American citizen. Do we really think it would be right to have a person who has not lived in America, does not identify with our people, to run here as president of the United States?
ESSENCE.COM: That's a different situation from what's being questioned about Barack Obama.
KEYES: Rules have to be written in general. You can't write a rule in every particular case. The rules established in the Constitution are general rules that have been abided by people throughout the history of this country. People have been excluded from running for president, people like Arnold Schwarzenegger. One has to think of the common good. This isn't a question of individuals anymore. The key thing about the presidency, in my opinion, is that the person above all takes responsibility for the common good of the country. Our public officials do not swear allegiance to a country; they swear an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. That's something to be taken very seriously. Those are the rules.

The Constitution of the United States of America governs the eligibility of the President. Mr Keyes does not have "sour grapes", he is man of character and integrity. Mr Obama, put this issue to rest and provide your proof of birth, you leave too many unaswered questions that you alone can answer. Why are you hiding? Just show the facts and stop your dancing. We cannot ignore the Constutional requirements just because B. Obama is black. TG
One reason why I didn't vote for Obama is because of his past; his association with anarchists just seems to fit his inability to follow a routine requirement of law in providing a Birth certificate. If the highest office in the land can’t follow the laws of the nation then what message does that convey to our already troubled youth? So many people fell in love with the grandiose idea of a black president that they never took a look at the character of the man. A case of -a-Doodle-Doo, any Black will do; black America was not ready for a black president. As an Afro-American with a Biblical world view, I would have like to been able to vote for a black president but never will I sell out God for the color of a mans’ skin. Alan Keyes would have allowed me to have both, of course God first! by Laymen
Jan: I just found out that one of the lawsuits at the supreme court is what you are talking about. It alleges election fraud, if I am reading it correctly. I can't believe my eyes. Wow. He really must present his appropriate birth certificate.
Kennedy & Mayor Daley were allowed to steal their election with questionable last min votes in 1960. In 2008 the Supreme Court did not make Ohio officials verify all the questionable acorn voters. What makes you think there is anyone anywhere with balls big enough to do anything?
The question, when it really boils down to it: Why has President-Elect Obama not produced this basic bit of documentation? While I am generally a skeptic of such lawsuits - as they do tend to look like sour grapes, in this case, there are more questions than answers. This is even more concerning because analysis of the "Certificate of Live Birth" posted on the web as "genuine" has shown that the document is not legitimate. Why would such a questionable document be passed off as real? And further, with now several cases regarding President Elect's eligibility on dockets across the country - one phone call would settle every one of them - the original birth certificate that the Hawaii Dept. of Health have verified exists but they won't release. Lets just put the whole thing to rest. Release the original document and be done with it so our new President can get on with his job of running the country.

Staid as it is, we again are in a situation where a lot of foreign entities have influence or control over U.S. policy.

Gallup: Palin top choice of Republicans to run in 2012 ...

PRINCETON, NJ -- Republicans and Republican-leaning independents are most interested in seeing Sarah Palin, Mitt Romney, and Mike Huckabee run for the party's presidential nomination in 2012. Those three received the highest scores among the 10 possible candidates evaluated in a recent Gallup Panel survey.
http://www.gallup.com/poll/112252/GOP-Faithful-Like-Palin-Romney-Huckabee-2012.aspx
The Nov. 5-16 survey asked a nationally representative sample of Gallup panelists who identify themselves as Republicans or are political independents but "lean" to the Republican Party to say whether they "would or would not like to see" each of 10 Republicans "run for president in 2012."
Palin, Romney, and Huckabee -- all of whom raised their national profiles during the 2008 campaign -- top the list. Romney and Huckabee unsuccessfully sought the presidential nomination versus John McCain, and McCain tapped Palin as his vice-presidential running mate.
But not all 2008 GOP national candidates rated as highly in the survey. Republicans are evenly divided as to whether Rudy Giuliani should make another attempt at the White House. Giuliani was the early front-runner for the 2008 nomination, but performed poorly in the early primaries and caucuses before dropping out of the race.
The only other person evaluated who received a more positive than negative review is Gen. David Petraeus, head of the United States Central Command. It is unclear whether Petraeus would enter politics, but his growing acclaim owing to U.S. progress in Iraq could make him somewhat of a "dream" candidate for the GOP, similar to ruminations about Gen. Dwight Eisenhower in 1952 (who ran) and Gen. Colin Powell in 1996 (who did not).
Republicans are also evenly divided on potential candidacies from former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich and Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal. Of the two, Gingrich is much better known, but the young governor was considered a potential McCain running mate and is thought to be a serious contender for national office in the future.
Republicans are decidedly unenthusiastic about possible White House bids from former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, current Florida Gov. Charlie Crist, and South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham. Bush's prospects are obviously hurt by the dissatisfaction with his older brother's White House term and perhaps a lack of enthusiasm for a third member of the Bush family as president.
Crist and Graham were key McCain supporters early in the primaries, and helped him to critical primary wins in their home states. But the GOP rank-and-file apparently does not want these McCain loyalists to become presidential candidates themselves. It is unclear whether this has anything to do with their affiliation with McCain, although it should be pointed out that Republicans still regarded McCain quite positively after his election defeat.
Palin Appeals to Conservatives
Members of the 2008 Republican field each sought to establish himself as the "true conservative" candidate in an attempt to appeal to the vast majority of the party's voters. For the 2012 campaign, Palin would seem to have a slight edge over the rest of the possible candidates in establishing an early foothold among the party's base.
Seventy-three percent of Republicans who describe their political views as "conservative" would like to see Palin run in 2012, significantly more than any other candidate. Liberal and moderate Republicans, in turn, are somewhat cool to a 2012 Palin bid. This group tends to favor Romney over any of the other potential candidates.
As the table shows, conservative Republicans are in general more enthusiastic about most of the candidates seeking the White House than are moderate and liberal Republicans. In fact, of the 10 candidates tested, there are only 2 (Giuliani and Romney) for whom moderate and liberal Republicans are significantly more likely to favor than oppose a White House bid.
Survey Methods
Results for this Gallup Panel study are based on telephone interviews with 799 Republicans and Republican-leaning independents, aged 18 and older, conducted Nov. 5-16, 2008. The survey was the post-election phase of a pre-/post-election survey of approximately 2,000 Gallup Panel members.
Gallup Panel members are recruited through random selection methods. The panel is weighted so that it is demographically representative of the U.S. adult population. For results based on this sample, one can say with 95% confidence that the maximum margin of sampling error is ±4 percentage points.
In addition to sampling error, question wording and practical difficulties in conducting surveys can introduce error or bias into the findings of public opinion polls.

For Immediate Release: - 11/07/08
U. S. SUPREME COURT AWAITS RESPONSE TO
BERG'S WRIT OF CERTIORARI
FROM OBAMA, DNC and Co-DEFENDANTS
(Contact information and PDF at end)
(Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania – 11/07/08) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States filed a Writ of Certiorari in the United States Supreme Court on October 30, 2008, requesting review of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Judge Surrick’s Dismissal of Philip J. Berg’s lawsuit against Barack H. Obama, Jr., the DNC and the other co-Defendants. Accordingly, the U. S. Supreme Court has set dates in which Barack Obama, the DNC and all co-Defendants are to respond to the Writ, which is on or before December 1, 2008.
Mr. Berg remarked today, “I look forward to receiving Defendant Obama's response to the Writ and am hopeful the U. S. Supreme Court will review Berg v. Obama. I believe Mr. Obama is not a constitutionally-qualified natural-born citizen and is ineligible to assume the office of President of the United States.”
Mr. Berg’s case, Berg vs. Obama was dismissed from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Docket # 08-cv-4083 for lack of standing. Mr. Berg filed a Writ of Certiorari for review of the case and an injunction to stay the election pending review. Justice Souter denied the injunction. It is expected that the Court will decide whether or not to review Berg v. Obama after the Defendants file their response, and Mr. Berg has replied to the Defendant’s response.
The Defendants' response is due by December 1st and Mr. Berg's reply will be submitted thereafter.

Organizations and supporters of the Berg v. Obama case to protect the U. S. Constitution have organized a rally at the steps of the U. S. Supreme Court. Complete details of the rally are here.
Organizers are emphasizing that the rally is about the constitutional eligibility of Barack Obama to be a candidate for, elected to the presidency, and to serve as the President of the United States. It is not about issues voters use to decide which candidate will receive their vote on election day. All voters should be united in defending our constitution

The Great Birth Certificate Scandal/Cover-Up of ‘08

ImageAnalysis: Last week, newscasters reported that al Qaeda’s #2 terrorist disparaged the election of Barack Obama, and hurled racial slurs at Obama himself. “The report has not been confirmed by the State Department,” they all said, but they reported it anyway.
Fox News reporter Carl Cameron told viewers that three “anonymous” insiders of Sen. McCain’s campaign said that Sarah Palin was, in essence, a diva and a dunce. He – and dozens of others who picked up the story on other channels – never identified, or even verified, the sources of the quotes, but they reported them anyway.
Contrast these shabby examples of “journalism” with the legions of identifiable, verifiable and credible sources who for months have been investigating the disturbing allegation that Barack Obama is ineligible for the presidency because he has failed to meet one of the three requirements that the U.S. Constitution mandates, specifically that he provide proof of his “natural born” U.S. citizenship.
What follows is a partial list of people and organizations that have challenged Obama’s eligibility. Further on I will comment on how egregious the media’s failure to cover this story has been. And last, I will speculate on the reason for the cover-up of this full-blown scandal.
Attorney Philip J. Berg, former deputy attorney general of Pennsylvania and a longtime Democrat partisan, sued Obama and the Democratic National Committee for what he alleged was the DNC’s failure to vet Obama, and Obama’s failure to provide an authentic and verifiable U.S. birth certificate. The suit was dismissed as "too vague…" Berg filed a writ of certiorari in the U.S. Supreme Court on Oct.30, to force Obama to produce his birth certificate. On Nov. 3, Justice David Souter rejected Berg’s emergency appeal for the court to halt the tabulation of the 2008 presidential election results, but set a schedule for a response from Obama, the DNC and all co-defendants on or before Dec. 1. Berg claims to have a tape recording of Obama’s Kenyan grandmother saying that she was present at Obama’s birth in Kenya, along with his half-brother and half-sister. Here is his website.
According to WorldNetDaily, blogger Jeff Schreiber said a second case was presented to the Supreme Court on the same issue, i.e., the Federal Election Commission (FEC) has waived its right to respond to a complaint brought by attorney Philip Berg, possibly – among other reasons – because they liked their odds of Berg's petition getting denied. Berg said that if the FEC filed not solely on its own behalf but “on behalf of the DNC and Barack Obama too, it reeks of collusion."
Dr. T.B. Bradley, a forensic psychologist, stated, as part of the Berg case, that, “Upon reading all of the books written by or about Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. aka Barry Soetoro (hereinafter Obama) Applicant discerned that Obama was not a natural born citizen of the United States or if he was a natural born citizen that he had lost his citizenship when his biological mother married Lolo Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia. Obama then became a citizen of Indonesia as a result of his mother's expatriation of herself and her son, by self declaration on legal public educational records that Obama was formally known as Barry Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia [and] was not US Constitutionally qualified to hold the Office of the United States Senator from Illinois or the Office of the President of the United States.”
Author, radio host, blogger, and Chicago attorney Andy Martin filed a suit in Hawaii's Supreme Court to compel Gov. Linda Lingle to release a certified copy of Obama's vital statistics record. His request was denied. On Nov. 18, he petitioned a judge in Hawaii for access to Obama’s original 1961 birth certificate, and reported that “the judge reserved judgment.” But when he arrived back in the states, he learned that Judge Bert Ayabe had dismissed the case.
Former presidential candidate Alan Keyes filed a suit with the California Secretary of State asking that the state's 55 Electoral College votes not be cast on December 15 until Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office. Keyes’ suit was filed by Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation, along with California Electors Wiley S. Drake and Markham Robinson. The action states: "Should Senator Obama be discovered, after he takes office, to be ineligible for the Office of President of the United States, and, thereby, his election declared void….(a) usurper will be sitting as the President of the United States, and none of the treaties, laws, or executive orders signed by him will be valid or legal." Former California Secretaries of State have reviewed background documents to verify the eligibility of candidates. In 1968, the Peace and Freedom Party submitted the name of Eldridge Cleaver as a qualified candidate for POTUS. Then Secretary of State, Frank Jordan, found that according to Cleaver's birth certificate, he was only 34 years old, one year shy of the age needed to be on the ballot. Mr. Jordan removed Mr. Cleaver from the ballot. Cleaver unsuccessfully challenged this decision to the Supreme Court of the State of California and to the Supreme Court.
Lt. Col. Donald Sullivan, a retired 23-year veteran of the Army, National Guard, and Air Force filed another suit in North Carolina, which claimed Obama should not have been on the state's election ballot because his citizenship is in doubt.
David M. Neal of Ohio filed a suit in Warren Common Pleas Court to force the Ohio Secretary of State, Jennifer Brunner, to request documents from the Federal Elections Commission, the Democratic National Committee, the Ohio Democratic Party and Obama to show the presidential candidate was born in Hawaii. The case was denied.
Cort Wrotnowski of Connecticut asked the court to order Secretary of State, Susan Bysiewicz, to verify Obama's citizenship before allowing the candidate to appear on the state ballot. The case was denied.
Steven Marquis filed a suit Washington State Superior Court, calling for Secretary of State, Sam Reed, to determine whether Obama is a citizen before Election Day, claiming the Hawaii birth certificate reveals neither the hospital where Obama was born nor a doctor's name the baby's footprint. The case was denied.
Rev. Tom Terry of Georgia appealed to the Georgia Supreme Court the day before the election to determine authenticity of Obama's original birth certificate and his qualifications to be president. Georgia Superior Court Judge Jerry W. Baxter denied Terry's request for an injunction against Secretary of State Karen Handel.
Author Jerome Corsi, who has written extensively about this case, traveled to Hawaii and Kenya. He learned that the Certification of Live Birth that the Obama campaign posted is, according to the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, not the same as a Certificate of Live Birth, which authenticates Hawaiian birth.
Obama's half-sister, Maya Soetoro, has named two different Hawaii hospitals where Obama could have been born. In November 2004 she said he was born at Queens Medical Center in Honolulu, but in February 2008, she said he was born in the Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children. Before the election, the Internet site, WorldNetDaily, retained a private investigator in Hawaii to visit both hospitals, but he reported that sheriff's deputies were stationed at both hospitals to fend off inquiries.
Leo C. Donofrio a retired attorney, started a website and filed a suit in New Jersey on November 3, asking Secretary of State, Nina Mitchell Wells, for an emergency stay prohibiting Obama, Sen. McCain, and Socialist Worker’s Party candidate Roger Calero, from appearing on New Jersey's ballot, claiming all three are not “natural born citizens.” On Nov. 6, Supreme Court Justice David Souter denied Donofrio's application. But the case has now entered the docket of the U.S. Supreme Court and Justice Clarence Thomas has decided to send it to conference on December 5th! This means that only 10 days before the Electoral College votes, the nine Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court will meet privately to discuss Donofrio’s case.
Douglas J. Hagmann, director of HomelandSecurityUS.com, has reported that 17 lawsuits in 12 states are challenging the eligibility of Obama to become the next President of the United States.
Numerous activist groups have undertaken letter-writing campaigns to the Supreme Court Justices, members of the Electoral College, and elected officials, as well as sending urgent appeals to the White House and the Department of Justice.
Websites like Citizens for the United States Constitution, We The People, PeoplesPassion, America Must Know, and Faith2Action have sprung up in passionate defense of our Constitution’s integrity. The last of these has even posted the names and addresses of Electoral College members from each state, as well as an ad in The Washington Times.
Dozens of petitions, like this one, have been circulated.
And dozens of mostly-conservative writers (including Devy Kidd and Miichelle Malkin), bloggers and journalists have written about his strange case and potential Constitutional crisis, as I have in a series of articles – here and here and here and here.
Coverage of the above by the media: Zero.
A DEAFENING SILENCE
It is no mystery that the leftist media have refused to mention this potentially looming Constitutional crisis in virtually all of their print and electronic coverage. Having shilled for Obama for the past two years – dismissing his longtime radical associations, obfuscating his radical voting record, and taking a pass at their jobs of vetting a presidential candidate – their failure to cover the most explosive story of the 2008 campaign speaks volumes about collusion of the highest order.
Then there are the late-night comics, as well as snarky “humorists” like Bill Maher and Jon Stewart, who take pride in being irreverent and “outing” both people and subjects that others avoid. Not a word.
But what about the failure of the powerful conservative media – how to explain their total blackout of this story? Let’s look at their reactions:
Fox News: Total Silence. Did the healthy shares that Saudi Arabia bought of Fox influence the network’s non-coverage of this story? After all, it’s no secret which candidate the Saudis endorsed! We know that TV shows, including Fox, are on a seven-second delay, the better to bleep out offensive or inappropriate material. Doesn’t it strike Fox viewers as strange that not one of their outspoken guests, even once, mentioned this story? Who warned them not to?
Rush Limbaugh: Total Silence. Why has the Excellence-in-Broadcasting’s “Dr. of Democracy” – the man who eats sacred cows for breakfast – not touched this story?
Mark Levin: Total Silence. Why has this popular radio host, commonly known as “the Great One,” abandoned his well-deserved reputation as a Constitutional scholar to studiously not address this Constitutional issue?
Laura Ingraham: Total Silence. Here is another radio powerhouse and former clerk to Justice Clarence Thomas taking pains not to mention this case…not a word!
Bill O’Reilly: Total Silence. Yes, the guy who claims he’s “just looking out for the folks”…voiceless!
Sean Hannity: Total Silence. The iconic radio and TV host who tackles every controversial subject under the sun…missing in action!
I could go on and on, but you get the picture. The very people – the so-called loyal opposition – who should have been shouting this story from the rooftops for months on end went mute. Ordinarily they would be the first to tell you that our Republic has no more precious document than the U.S. Constitution – a document that set the stage for the greatest experiment in human freedom since the beginning of recorded history. People like me – and multi-millions of others – are aware of what happens when the “salami tactics” of tyrants are employed in the service of leftwing ideology.
First, there is a charismatic character promising “change” and “hope,” but who changes his tune once in power. Second there is a whittling down of the laws of the land and the arrogant dismissal of the documents on which the nation was founded. Third there is the blacking-out of all media that disagree with Dear Leader’s message. And fourth there is the rounding-up and incarceration – or worse – of all dissidents.
This is not theory. This is history. But while both left and right media thought it appropriate to comment at length about Obama’s seven-page for those seeking work in his administration – a probing that makes a Pap Test, Questionnaire mammogram, colonoscopy, and endoscopy in one visit seem mild by comparison – not one of these cowardly journalists has asked the simple question: Mr. Obama, where is your birth certificate?
Or were they not cowards but patriots?
SCROUNGING FOR ANSWERS
I’ve written several books, not one of them fictional. And thousands of articles, not one of them based on sinister suspicions or conspiracy theories. But the case of the U.S. media’s complete non-coverage of this major story has gotten me to speculate on what – or who – may be behind this phenomenon. What force could be so powerful as to silence our country’s putative guardians of free speech – the titans of the Fourth Estate?
Perhaps the mystery goes back to 2004, when President Bush won his second term in office and in his first press conference in the White House said that he had "earned political capital and intended to spend it."
Then – suddenly and inexplicably – he went into a year-long hibernation. He rarely appeared in public and gave no major speeches. Finally he reemerged – albeit weakly – in late November or early December of 2005
Could it be that shortly after the president’s reelection, he and major government officials received highly credible evidence from America’s ruthless Islamist enemies that they had a number of devastating (probably nuclear suitcase) weapons – set up and ready to be activated in as many as six-to-10 of our major cities – unless he (the president) tacked left and played nice for the following two years?
Was America taken hostage?
The president, one could speculate, had only two choices: (1) play “chicken” and possibly sacrifice the lives of millions of Americans and the destruction of major American cities, or (2) opt for the lesser of two evils, the second being to pave the way for a dangerous Trojan Horse – qualified or not – to capture the White House.
Could it be that the media blackout of the most explosive story of any presidential election in American history has been choreographed by none other than the current POTUS – the most powerful man in the entire world? This would certainly explain why President Bush has not “been himself” since January 20, 2005. It would also explain why the all-powerful media have taken his marching orders – including the New York Times, which takes particular pleasure in undermining and sabotaging the president, even when it comes to national security issues.
If this happened, it would have had to involve the highest echelon in our intelligence services, who might have paid personal visits to publishers throughout the United States, as well as to top TV and radio executives, who themselves would have passed down iron-clad orders – to their anchors, broadcasters, even comedians – to follow the blackout order or face Draconian consequences.
On November 4 – Election Day – the Dow was above 9,000. It is now plummeting, suggesting that even the “globalists” among us prefer tax cuts and capitalism to tax hikes and not creeping but galloping socialism – or what the esteemed Dr. Jack Wheeler insists is fascism.
Buyers’ remorse is in the air. America has been hijacked. What a price we will pay if the Supreme Court and the Electoral College abandon their oaths to uphold the U.S. Constitution by capitulating – as the media have – to our enemies. God Save America!

A radio interview with Kenyan Ambassador Peter N.R.O. Ogego has been widely publicized since the ambassador called President-elect Barack Obama's Kenyan birthplace a "well-known" attraction – but the embassy is now telling WND the hosts misunderstood his comments.
On Nov. 6, only two days after the election, Detroit radio talk-show hosts Mike Clark and Marc Fellhauer on WRIF's "Mike In The Morning" claimed to be "calling Kenya" but actually called the Embassy of Kenya in Washington, D.C., to speak with Ambassador Ogego.
The radio hosts were surprised when their light-hearted interview with Ogego reignited suspicions that Obama may have been born in Kenya.
An assistant to the ambassador, referring to herself only as "Trudy," confirmed today that Ogego had indeed participated in the radio interview. But she said the show made leading statements and took the following comments out of context.
Ogego's assistant insisted he was speaking about Barack Obama Sr., and not President-elect Obama.
WND asked, "Is Obama's birthplace in Kenya?"
The woman replied firmly, "No."
She said she could not say why Ogego responded the way he did, and she promised to have the ambassador call and explain his own comments. The ambassador never returned requests for comment.
The issue of Obama's place of birth has been heating up since WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The Hawaii governor claimed to have a valid certificate on file, but he rejected requests for access and left ambiguous its origin: Does the document at its Department of Health indicate a Hawaii birth or was it generated after the Obama family registered a Kenyan birth in Hawaii?
Obama's half-sister, Maya Soetoro, has named two different Hawaii hospitals where Obama could have been born – but a video posted on YouTube features Obama's Kenyan grandmother, Sarah, saying she witnessed Obama's birth in Kenya.
Meanwhile, as many as 17 lawsuits have been springing up across the nation as citizens ask the president-elect to produce the document to show that he is eligible for office.
The Obama campaign has called lawsuits questioning Obama's natural-born citizenship "garbage."
When WND asked a campaign spokeswoman why Obama simply hasn't released the original 1961 certificate of live birth to make the lawsuits go away, she replied, "I have no idea. I think they released what they chose to release, and Hawaii has confirmed that he was born in Hawaii, so I don't know what else you want."
Now, an online petition designed to enlist the public's help in demanding evidence of Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility for the office of the presidency has reached more than 80,000 signatures.
WFIR claims its embassy call has been receiving "a ton of attention" as well. Its website features more than 220 posts on the subject, including the following:
* This was the best! That guy said they're planning on building a monument or something in the place of Obamessiah's birth! IN KENYA! Imagine when the opposition to the obamaniacs really takes hold and they dig up the truth on this. Constitutional crisis … R.I.P. United States of America
* The thing is, there is so much info about him being born in Kenya already that you have to wonder why McCain didn't jump on that bandwagon and run with it. … Maybe they all want him there.
* If what the ambassador said is true then Obama has no right to be president and the election is null and void period!
* These disc jockeys were rude and obnoxious. Clearly, people of limited skills in comedy. But they were able get the ambassador to state that Obama was born in Kenya. If these idiots had any clue as to how handle this subject, they could have followed it up with more incriminating questioning. Oh, well. ... Also, don't get too excited, I've done business in Africa and with a few dollars, you get anyone to say whatever you want and destroy whatever documents you want destroyed, thus covering up any of Obama's possible footprints.
* I think that Obama needs to lay it all out for all to see. Once he proves his natural born status all can forget this thing and we can draw together behind Obama and stop all this. ... I think we are in for a constitutional crisis that may well wipe us out before it is settled. It is not worth the possible outcome to keep this thing going. Obama lay your records out for all to see so we can avoid this crisis and 4 to 8 years of fighting about it.
* The only resolution to this issue is for Obama to release his documents. No matter what your political beliefs and affiliations, it is to your advantage to want Obama to release the documents and put the issue to rest. Support our Constitution. Demand transparency.

A lawyer who is playing a key role in a California lawsuit urging officials to prevent the state's 55 Electoral College votes from being recorded for Barack Obama until questions about his citizenship are resolved says he's organizing plans to challenge, even after the inauguration, every order, every proposal, every piece of paperwork generated by Obama.
"We will file lawsuits on his actions, every time. As long as we have money , we will keep filing lawsuits until we get a decision as to his citizenship status," Gary Kreep, chief of the United States Justice Foundation, told WND today.
"We're already talking to groups who are willing to be plaintiffs," he said.
As WND reported, Kreep filed the California challenge with presidential candidate Alan Keyes as a plaintiff.
The complaint urges the California secretary of state to refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast until Obama's citizenship and related eligibility to hold office is resolved.
It is just one of more than a dozen legal challenges brought forward so far over Obama's citizenship. The cases all cite Obama's clouded history and the U.S. Constitution's requirement that a president be a "natural-born" citizen .
There have been allegations he was born in Kenya, not Hawaii as his campaign has reported, that he could be considered a British subject because of his father's residency in what then was a British protectorate that later became Kenya, and that the "Certificate of Live Birth" posted on his website simply shows his mother registered his birth in Hawaii after he was born but does not document a location.
There also have been questions raised about his travels as a youth, including the years he spent registered as a Muslim in an Indonesian school, and his later travels to Pakistan at a time when U.S. passports weren't welcome in that nation.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.
The governor's office in Hawaii said there is a valid certificate but rejected requests for access and left ambiguous its origin: Does the certificate on file with the Department of Health indicate a Hawaii birth or was it generated after the Obama family registered a Kenyan birth in Hawaii?
Obama's half-sister, Maya Soetoro, has named two different Hawaii hospitals where Obama could have been born, while a video posted on YouTube features Obama's Kenyan grandmother Sarah claiming to have witnessed Obama's birth in Kenya.
The California action was filed on behalf of Keyes, as well as Wiley S. Drake and Markham Robinson, both California electors.
"Should Senator Obama be discovered, after he takes office, to be ineligible for the Office of President of the United States of America and, thereby, his election declared void, Petitioners, as well as other Americans, will suffer irreparable harm in that (a) usurper will be sitting as the President of the United States, and none of the treaties, laws, or executive orders signed by him will be valid or legal," the action challenges.
Kreep told WND today he's now working with several groups that could serve as plaintiffs to challenge Obama's actions, even from the Oval Office, should the issue remain in dispute.
Do you agree with the agenda for the upcoming Obama White House as outlined in "The Audacity of Deceit?"
"There is a reasonable and common expectation by the voters that to qualify for the ballot, the individuals running for office must meet minimum qualifications as outlined in the federal and state Constitutions and statutes, and that compliance with those minimum qualifications has been confirmed by the officials overseeing the election process," the complaint said, when in fact the only documentation currently required is a signed statement from the candidate attesting to those qualifications.
The issue is much more important than a single candidate, said Judge Roy Moore, the former chief justice of the Alabama Supreme Court and a WND columnist. He now runs the Foundation for Moral Law.
Moore had his own constitutional confrontation when he was removed from his position Alabama Supreme Court chief justice after he refused to remove from state grounds a monument recognizing the Ten Commandments as the foundation for U.S. law.
"We can survive four years of any president; we cannot survive without a Constitution," he told WND. "This calls for a major investigation. Our Constitution is at stake."
Moore said the requirement for a president to be a natural-born citizen is clear in the Constitution. The document, he added, provides procedures to amend the requirement, but that hasn't been done.
"We live under the rule of law," he warned, "If we start ignoring that. ..."
A WND reader agreed in a letter to the editor.
"If Obama is allowed to take office without proving his citizenship, then we have no Constitution. America as it's been will be dead. If an easy to understand rule is ignored, then the others harder to understand will be easy to ignore," wrote Tony Costello.
Moore said, "If a person is not qualified, he's not qualified. It doesn't matter who it is, Republican, Democrat, black or white, rich or poor."
He added the members of the Electoral College have an obligation to verify Obama's qualifications before voting for him.
But he said the dispute may end up with court action, too.
"The courts are there to uphold the law. People have a right to change the Constitution. But until then it's the rule of law," he said.
"I don't see any reason a candidate who has such a serious question would not come forward with the truth about where he was born," Moore said.
"The Supreme Court has to answer this. They have to do it by law and not by the popularity of a person. If we do that, we might as well throw the Constitution out the window," Moore said.
"[Obama] has the answer. He knows where he was born. If he tells something that's untrue that's another matter. It's not an Obama issue, it's an American issue. It's about the Constitution of the United States."
U.S. State Department officials declined to respond to WND inquiries about the process for keeping a U.S. citizenship while attending schools in Indonesia, or the possibility of a U.S. citizen keeping that status while traveling on another nation's passport.
But several online "fact" sites have reported that the concerns over Obama's citizenship are much ado about nothing.
Factcheck.org, for example, has posted an image described as Obama's "birth certificate." But within the image can be seen the words "Certificate of Live Birth," which is not the same document. In Hawaii at the time Obama was born the state would issue a "Certificate of Live Birth" to a parent registering a birth, but it does not indicate the location of the birth.
"FactCheck.org staffers have now seen, touched, examined and photographed the original birth certificate," the group said in a statement accompanying the image of the "Certificate of Live Birth."
Snopes, also, attested to Obama's U.S. citizenship, citing information from the campaign itself.
However, WND columnist Janet Porter, who has investigated the dispute, wrote in her column today that there are too many questions to ignore.
"In Hawaii, a Certification of Live Birth is issued within a year of a child's birth to those who register a birth abroad or one that takes place outside a hospital," she said.
She cited the work of Ron Polarik, who holds a Ph.D. in instructional media and specializes in computer graphics with over 20 years experience with computers, printers and typewriters.
"Polarik has submitted a signed affidavit and has now released his findings on video at www.ObamaForgery.com with his identity masked and voice altered to guard against the carrying out of threats, which he has already received," Porter wrote.
"The Summary: The Certificate of Live Birth documents posted on Mr. Obama's website www.fightthesmears.com, Daily Kos (a pro-Obama blog) and factcheck.org, (a pro-Obama political research group), were found to be altered and forged," she said.
The researcher cited problems with pixels in the image and a fold line and a blurry border. He asserts the border is a 2007 version while the seal and signature are from 2008.
Be sure to sign the petition demanding evidence of Barack Obama's constitutional qualifications.
She also cited issues beyond the birth certificate.
"There's the matter that Obama traveled to Indonesia, Pakistan, Southern India and Kenya in 1981. He said he went to Indonesia to see his mother. This seemed plausible, except for the fact that his mother returned to Hawaii in August of 1980 to file for a divorce from her second husband, Lolo Soetoro. Unless she went back to pal around with the man she divorced, she wasn't there at the time of Obama's visit," Porter wrote.
"There's another problem. No record of Obama holding an American passport prior to the one he received once becoming a U.S. senator has been found. If he traveled to Pakistan with an American passport, he wouldn't have been allowed in – since Pakistan was in turmoil in 1981 and under martial law. It was also on the State Department's travel ban list for U.S. citizens," she wrote.
"If he couldn't get into Pakistan with a U.S. passport, perhaps he went there with an Indonesian passport. But the only way you can get one of those is if you are an Indonesian citizen," she wrote.
Porter encouraged residents to contact the members of the House Judiciary Committee with a request to hold congressional hearings and write to the U.S. Supreme Court to request a ruling.
On the FederalistBlog the writers concluded:
"A child born to an American mother and alien father could be said to be a citizen of the United States by some affirmative act of law but never entitled to be a natural-born citizen because through laws of nature the child inherits the condition of their father."
Obama's mother held U.S. citizenship, but his father never did.
WND also reported that Herb Titus, the Constitution Party's running mate to Howard Phillips in 1996 and recognized authority on the U.S. Constitution, said it is up the electors from the 50 states to make certain Obama is a natural-born U.S. citizen before they cast votes for him in the Electoral College Dec. 15.
"If they do their duty, they would make sure that if they cast a vote for Mr. Obama, that Mr. Obama is a natural-born citizen," he told WND.
"I think it should be resolved. The duty is in the Electoral College. Every Obama elector that is committed to casting a vote on the 15th of December, they have a constitutional duty to make certain whether Mr. Obama is a natural-born citizen," he said.
If the electors fail their duty and Obama proves ultimately to fail the eligibility requirement of the U.S. Constitution, there would be only the laborious, contentious and cumbersome process of impeachment available to those who would wish to follow the Constitution, he suggested.
On WND's new forum page, the level of frustration was rising. Dozens contributed their thoughts immediately after the forum was posted:
"What makes Obama non-respon[sive] to the simplest of requests?" asked one reader. "Does he think that it is politically incorrect to ask for authentication of the myriad of facts about himself … Is he testing the grounds to see how far he can play with this charade?"
Other comments included:
* "Obama won his first election ever by getting three Democratic opponents thrown off the ballot? He's all for using the law to help himself win. Wouldn't it be ironic if he is not allowed to serve as president due to the law? … Turn around is fair play!
* "Even the left-wing liberal news media is beginning to ask the question: 'Who is this man we have elected? We really do not know much about him.'"
* "Obama's refusal to produce the ORIGINAL given birth certificate gives us all pause. His silence on these allegations is deafening. The anointed one believes that if he can hold us all back until he's in the Oval Office he's hit a home run and he's 'safe.' Ah, not so! Check your law, Obama, and you will see that even if were to make it to the White House you will no longer be able to hide behind those red velvet ropes."
* "There must be something that would have caused him great harm prior to the election, and would have stopped him from becoming elected. What could that little piece of information be?"

Communist Party USA leaders – including one who spoke with tears in his eyes – held a confab at which they celebrated the election of Barack Obama as "the biggest political realignment since the 1930s" and urged the immediate implementation of socialist policies.
The People's Weekly World, a weekly newspaper affiliated with the Communist Party USA, or CPUSA, reported on a meeting last week of top party leaders who celebrated Obama's election and announced a call to action to "carry out the election mandate, including immediate government steps to help Americans hit by the economic crisis and bringing peace to Iraq and Afghanistan."
CPUSA National Chairman Sam Webb noted the election represented "a necessary first step toward a new society."
He stated that a required remedy to the country's financial crisis "is massive fiscal expansion, large injections of federal money into the economy [to fund public works job programs, extend jobless benefits and food stamps and help Americans hold onto their homes]."
The communist newspaper reported party leaders attending the meeting supported projecting socialism as a fundamental solution to America's woes, claiming the U.S. is "now open to hearing more about [socialism]."
"We need to put out our vision of socialism and how it will come about," Webb stressed.

CPUSA Political Action Chair Joelle Fishman posited that new U.S. policy should "call for taking the profits out of basic needs like health care and energy and explore public ownership."
"At the same time, we should be part of the movement that puts the wind at Obama's back," Fishman added.
The communist newspaper described how CPUSA Executive Vice Chairman Jarvis Tyner – with tears in his eyes – hailed Obama's victory as "[showing] magnificently what our people are made of."
"This is not just a campaign, it is a movement, [one that has updated and made a reality of the slogan] "black, brown, white, unite and fight," he said.
CPUSA Labor Commission Chair Scott Marshall noted the "near-total unity of labor" in backing Obama, claiming it bodes well for further labor unity.
WND previously reported the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations, or AFL-CIO, sponsored a poll showing union members supported Obama by a 68-30 margin and strongly influenced their family members. According to the survey, Obama won among white men who are union members by 18 points. Union gun-owners backed Obama by 12 points, while union veterans
voted for Obama by a 25-point margin. In the general population, Obama lost these groups by significant margins.
Other CPUSA leaders at last week's confab expressed hope Obama will pass the Employee Free Choice Act.
The measure seeks to make the creation of unions more lenient than current requirements, such as lowering the percentage of employees that must join. It would require an employer to begin bargaining with a new union 10 days after the union is certified as the exclusive bargaining representative. If the union and employer cannot agree upon the terms of a bargaining contract within 90 days, either party can request federal mediation, which could lead to binding arbitration.

Barack Obama
Thousands of people are jumping aboard a petition that demands documentation of President-elect Barack Obama's eligibility to hold the highest office in the U.S., not just assurances from party officials.
Already more than 70,000 petitioners have joined the effort coordinated by WND founder and editor Joseph Farah.
To participate, sign the petition here.http://www.worldnetdaily.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=81550
A report accompanying Farah's petition explains the many questions raised about Obama's eligibility, from an apparently fabricated "Certification of Live Birth" posted online to questions about what nation's passport he used during to travel to Pakistan.
The signature total passed 10,000 within hours and was more than 45,000 just over a day later.
As WND reported, one case is scheduled for a conference among U.S. Supreme Court justices Dec. 5.
Conferences are private meetings of the justices at which they review cases and decide which ones to accept for formal review. The Supreme Court's website listed the date for the case brought by Leo C. Donofrio against Nina Wells, the secretary of state in New Jersey, over not only Obama's name on the 2008 election ballot but those of two others, Sen. John McCain and Roger Calero.
Do you agree with contentions made in "The Audacity of Deceit" about the impact of an Obama White House on the United States?
The case, unsuccessful at the state level, was submitted to Justice David Souter, who rejected it. The case then was resubmitted to Justice Clarence Thomas. The next line on the court's docket says: "DISTRIBUTED for Conference of December 5, 2008."
If four of the nine justices vote to hear the case in full, oral argument may be scheduled.
According to America's Right blogger Jeff Schreiber, there also was a development in a second case presented to the Supreme Court on the same issue.
His report said the Federal Election Commission now has waived its right to respond to a complaint brought by attorney Philip Berg.
Last week, WND reported worries over a "constitutional crisis" that could loom over the issue of Obama's citizenship.
Former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others filed a court petition in California asking the secretary of state to refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office.
To participate, sign the petition here.http://www.worldnetdaily.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=81550
The disputes all cite "natural-born citizen" requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists as his campaign has stated, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.
Obama's half-sister, Maya Soetoro, has named two different Hawaii hospitals where Obama could have been born. There have been other allegations that Obama actually was born in Kenya during a time when his father was a British subject.
The California action was filed by Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation on behalf of Keyes, the presidential candidate of the American Independent Party, along with Wiley S.
To participate, sign the petition here.http://www.worldnetdaily.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=81550
An Obama spokesman interviewed by WND described such lawsuits as "garbage."
But on WND's new forum page, the level of frustration was rising.
On Janet Porter's Faith2Action radio program today, computer specialist Ron Polarik left no doubt the image posted as Obama's "Certification of Live Birth" from the state of Hawaii was not genuine.
"Here's a smoking gun," he said. "Apparently Hawaii changes its borders [on documentation] every year. In 2007 it had a certain border, and it's got a 2007 border. However if you dig a little deeper you find it has a 2008 signature and seal," he said.
"Whomever did the forgery was not very clever," he said.
Those wishing to sign the petition can do so here.

Another lawsuit attempting to obtain a copy of Barack Obama's Hawaiian birth certificate was thrown out Friday by a judge who said there was "insufficient evidence to indicate that the public interest supports" the document's release.
Judge Bert Ayabe upheld arguments from Republican Gov. Linda Lingle's office, which, inexplicably, has fought tooth and nail to protect the birth certificate from public scrutiny even though it remains the key to establishing whether the man elected to be the next president is actually eligible under the Constitution.
Ayabe ruled that Andy Martin, the man who filed the suit, did not have standing under state law because he did "not have a direct and tangible interest in the vital statistic records being sought, namely the birth certificate of President Obama."
Yes, you read that right. The judge in the case not only denied the motion, he also elevated Obama to the presidency before the Electoral College votes and before the Inauguration takes place Jan. 20. Is it any wonder he didn't understand the constitutional issues at stake?
But it is that other excuse for not releasing the document that really has me bugged – "insufficient evidence to indicate that the public interest supports" the release.
Let me point you to Exhibit A in the evidence-of-public-interest department: It is a petition I launched Friday to all controlling legal authorities – Congress, Supreme Court, Federal Elections Commission, Electoral College, etc. – urging scrutiny of the original birth certificate and release of facsimile to the public.
Within 24 hours, 24,000 people had signed up.
Within 48 hours, 48,000 people had signed up.
Do you see a pattern here?
It appears to me that about 1,000 people per hour are signing this petition. I would say that is evidence indicating public interest, wouldn't you?
I tell you this because there are other judges who will be ruling in the days ahead. Even the U.S. Supreme Court is going to review this issue soon. That's why it is imperative that the public makes its voice heard.
You now have that opportunity on this petition.
I urge you to e-mail it to all your friends.
Do you know people concerned about this birth-certificate issue?
Do you know Americans who still care about little matters like constitutional eligibility for presidents?
Do you know others who will put their names to this petition and pass it along?
Then put your name to it and e-mail it to your entire Christmas card list.
I'm not asking you to march in the streets of Washington.
I'm not asking you to send money for a courtroom battle.
I'm not asking you to write to your congressman.
I'm asking you to take about 90 seconds to put your name and e-mail address on the petition and send it to others.
I believe it can make a profound difference.
At the current rate, before the end of December, we'll have 1 million signed up on this petition. We can get there faster if you can help me circulate it beyond WND readers.
I would think a petition of 1 million names would be sufficient evidence of public interest for nearly any judge.
Keep in mind, this has been achieved with no coverage outside WND. If we get some help from talk radio and some of my eminent colleagues in the news media, who knows where it can go.
But they'll take notice more quickly if you get involved. I need this miracle petition to continue to grow at the current pace or faster. Can you help me?
Show them you are watching. Show them you are awake. Show them you do care. Show them you read the Constitution. Show them this is still America, the land of the free, the home of the brave, where the rule of law reigns supreme and the will of the people prevails. Sign the petition.
Spread the word.

Obama certificate lawsuit dismissed
Judge says Net author Martin had no standing to get birth document
By Jim Dooley

A Circuit Court judge has dismissed Internet author Andy Martin's lawsuit seeking to obtain a copy of President-elect Barack Obama's Hawai'i birth certificate.

Judge Bert Ayabe upheld arguments from Gov. Linda Lingle's administration that Martin — a political opponent of Obama — had no standing under state law to obtain a copy of the document.
The decision, issued late Wednesday, first denied Martin's "emergency motion" for production of the birth certificate.
Martin "does not have a direct and tangible interest in the vital statistic records being sought, namely the birth certificate of President Obama," Ayabe wrote.
Martin did not fall into any category of persons defined under state law as having a legal right to the record, said the judge.
Ayabe wrote that Martin also failed to demonstrate that "irreparable harm will occur if the records are not provided to the plaintiff."
And Martin provided "insufficient evidence to indicate that the public interest supports" release of the record, Ayabe ruled.
"There is a reasonable belief that the public would rather preserve confidentiality of vital health records," the judge wrote.
After denying the emergency motion, Ayabe then granted a motion filed by the state attorney general's office for dismissal of the suit.
He cited Martin's "lack of standing" and also ruled that Martin never legally served Lingle and state Health Department director Dr. Chiyome Fukino with a copy of the legal complaint.
Attempts to reach Martin for comment yesterday by telephone and e-mail were unsuccessful.
Fukino has said that her office has been barraged by requests for copies of the birth certificate, driven in part by Internet assertions that Obama was not born in Honolulu or the United States and is not eligible to serve as president.
The Obama political campaign posted a copy of the document on its Web site, but that did not satisfy doubters because the official state seal was not visible and because the official certificate number had been blacked out.
Before the election, Fukino issued a statement saying that she and the registrar of vital statistics had personally examined the birth certificate and found it to be valid.
Martin, a New York-based blogger and self-described head of the "Stop Obama Coalition," moved temporarily to Hawai'i and filed the lawsuit late last month.
Ayabe originally scheduled the first legal hearing for Nov. 7, and Martin then unsuccessfully petitioned the state Supreme Court for an expedited hearing before the Nov. 4 general election.
A brief hearing on the issue was held Tuesday before Ayabe.
Martin said in a Wednesday entry on his blog that he was launching a "national conversation on how to oppose Barack Obama," and the first in a series of meetings on the subject was held Wednesday night at Ala Moana Park.
